ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်အား စီမံခန့်ခွဲဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလျှက်ရှိသော Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (YACL) သည် လေကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာ အင်ဂျင်နီယာနှင့် ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှုဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ် (Internship Program) အပတ်စဉ် (၁ / ၂၀၂၃) သည် (၂၀၂၃) ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၂၈) ရက် နေ့တွင် ပြီးမြောက်ခဲ့ခြင်းအတွက် များစွာဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်မိပါသည်။ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ် ပြီးမြောက်မှုလက်မှတ်များကို Auston University (AU) နှင့် Chindwin Technological University (CTU) တို့မှ ထူးချွန်ကျောင်းသား (၄) ဦးအား ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ကြပြီး လက်မှတ်ပေးအပ်ခြင်းအခမ်းအနားတွင် ကျောင်းသားများက သင်ယူလေ့လာခဲ့မှုများအပေါ် ၎င်းတို့စိတ်ဝင်စားသော ကဏ္ဍအလိုက် ခေါင်းစဉ်များဖြင့် YACL Management နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Institutes များ၏ နည်းပြများထံ

• Automation of Passenger Boarding Bridges
• Automation Design of ATS and AMF of Generators
• Improvement of Baggage Handling Design
• Prototype Design of Warehouse Automation ခေါင်းစဉ်အသီးသီးဖြင့် တင်ပြခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ်သည် YACL အနေဖြင့် (၂၀၂၃) ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ (၃၁) ရက်နေ့တွင် Auston University (AU) ၊ Chindwin Technological University (CTU) တို့နှင့် အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ်အတွက် နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ (MoU) လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးမှုအပြီးတွင် စတင်ခဲ့သော မှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ် သင်ကြားရေး (Program) ကိုအလုပ်သင်ကျောင်းသားများအတွက် လေကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာအင်ဂျင်နီယာ နှင့် ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု နယ်ပယ်အား လက်တွေ့ သင်ယူမှုအဖြစ် လေ့လာနိုင်စေရန် ရေးဆွဲထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

"လေ့ကျင့်ရေးကာလတစ်လျှောက်မှာ အလုပ်သင်ကျောင်းသားတွေရဲ့ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုကို ပြသတဲ့ အခန်းကဏ္ဍနဲ့ ပက်သက်ပြီးလည်း အားရမှုရှိပါတယ်။ ကျောင်းသားတွေ အနေနဲ့ အလားအလာကောင်းတွေရှိတယ်ဆိုတာကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြသနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး YACL, Engineering and Maintenance ဌာနအတွင်း ပေးအပ်ထားတဲ့ Project များစွာမှာလည်း ကောင်းစွာ ပါဝင်ကူညီနိုင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ အနာဂတ်မှာ သူတို့ရဲ့ ရှေ့ဆက်လေ့လာသင်ယူမှုအခန်းကဏ္ဍတွေမှာလည်း ပိုမိုအောင်မြင်ပါစေလို့ ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းအပ်ပါတယ်" ဟု YACL, Engineering and Maintenance - Division 1 ၏ Deputy Head ဖြစ်သူ ဦးမြတ်ထက်မှ ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

YACL အနေဖြင့် ယခုကဲ့သို့ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ် ပြီးမြောက်မှုမှတဆင့် အနာဂတ်ကာလတွင် အခြားသော ပညာရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့်လည်း ပူးပေါင်းကာ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ်များ ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားနိုင်စေရန် အားအင်တစ်ရပ် ရရှိစေခဲ့ပါသည်။ အလုပ်သင်အစီအစဉ်များတွင် ပါဝင်သော သင်ကြားရေး Program များမှာ လေဆိပ်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်း လည်ပတ်ရေး၏ မတူညီသော လုပ်ငန်းကဏ္ဍများအပေါ်တွင် အခြေခံထားပြီး အလုပ်သင် ကျောင်းသား/သူ များအား တန်ဖိုးမဖြတ်နိုင်သော သင်ကြားရေး အတွေ့အကြုံကောင်းများစွာကို ပေးအပ်သွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

YACL သည် အလုပ်သင်ကျောင်းသားများ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းသင်ယူမှုများအတွက် များစွာဂုဏ်ယူပြီး၊ ၎င်းတို့၏ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု နှင့် စွမ်းရည်များသည် အနာဂတ်ကာလ လေကြောင်းခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းကဏ္ဍများအတွက် အကျိုးရှိစေမည်ဟု ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။

Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (YACL), the operator of YIA was pleased to award certificates upon the successful completion of the Internship Program (1/2023) in Aviation Engineering and Maintenance on 28th September 2023. The completion certificates were successfully awarded to four talented students from Auston University (AU) and Chindwin Technological University (CTU) and were concluded by conducting a presentation from students to YACL Management and Academics of the respective institutes with topics of their choice on:

• Automation of Passenger Boarding Bridges
• Automation Design of ATS and AMF of Generators
• Improvement of Baggage Handling Design
• Prototype Design of Warehouse Automation

The internship program marked a significant milestone for YACL, as it was the first initiative undertaken in collaboration with AU and CTU following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 31st July 2023. The program was designed to provide students (interns) with hands-on experience and practical exposure to the aviation engineering and maintenance field.

They have successfully shown great potential and have contributed well to the various projects that are assigned within the Engineering and Maintenance department at YACL, we wish them all the best in furthering their studies” said Myat Htet, Deputy Head of Engineering and Maintenance (Div-1) of YACL.

Building upon the success of the internship program, YACL is thrilled to announce its plan for future intern programs in collaboration with renowned educational institutions. The programs will focus on different fields within airport operations, providing students (interns) with invaluable experience in the aviation industry.
